The candidate must be a senior associate or partner having experience related to the following: Health and Welfare Plans, Qualified Retirement Plans, ERISA and DOL audits, wellness programs, COBRA, deferred compensation plans and executive compensation. Admission to the Ohio Bar is required. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
