• Conduct employee benefits due diligence and transition support in mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate benefits-related agreements and documents.
• Collaborate with legal, human resources, and finance teams on compliance matters.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and the Affordable Care Act.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
