The candidate should have the ability to work proactively and independently and to demonstrate strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills and an eagerness to learn. 3 to 6 years of experience in civil litigation required. Required experience includes personal injury, construction defect, or products defense litigation and/or insurance coverage. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple case files successfully in a busy environment required. Computer proficiency specific to MS Office including Excel, Outlook; skilled in Internet navigation required. Licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin required. History of academic success required.
