Duties

• Manage a caseload in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills and trusts.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters, including filings and client communications.
• Advise clients on elder law, Medicaid planning, and special needs planning.
• Assist with tax preparation for individuals and estates.
• Support transactional work for family and closely held businesses.
• Assist with fiduciary litigation and contested probate proceedings.
• Develop a professional referral network in the Milwaukee market.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in trusts and estates or related areas.
• Ability to manage client-facing matters with growing independence.
• Exposure to one or more of the firm's service areas preferred.
• Active Wisconsin bar license or eligibility for admission.
• Interest in business development and long-term tenure.
• Strong client communication skills and service orientation.
• High attention to detail and professional standards.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Wisconsin bar license or eligibility for admission.
