Duties

• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
• Prepare and review federal transfer tax returns and income tax returns for trusts and estates.
• Advise on and implement estate plans, including charitable and business succession planning.
• Assist with the administration of estates and trusts.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate planning law.
• Excellent research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to client service, professional excellence, integrity, and teamwork.

• Ability to work full-time, including variable hours.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted or eligible for admission to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
