Litigation Associate

Profile

Traub Lieberman is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney
to join its Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with litigation experience who is interested in being part of a dynamic and collegial team in a national law firm. The ideal candidates should be dependable, organized and motivated to participate in all phases of litigation and will have partner oversight in all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, discovery, and client reporting.
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
0 - 4 years of litigation experience
Strong research and writing skills
Licensed to practice law in Florida, preferably in the areas of:
construction defect
transportation practices
municipal law
insurance defense
commercial litigation
worker's compensation defense
Responsibilities:
Ability to independently handle and manage, with Partner oversight, all phases of litigation
Participate in legal projects with partners
Regularly handle court appearances, depositions and hearings
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
