The candidate will collaborate with the legal team sharing knowledge and expertise, ensuring the highest standard of legal services are provided to each client. Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process. Interact and negotiate with insurance companies. Communicate and maintain positive client relationships. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements and other legal documents as required. Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Recent Graduates with pending bar exam results are required. Should preferably have 1+ years of personal injury law experience; Should preferably have active Bar license in Kansas. An active Bar license in Missouri is preferred.
