Duties

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on employee benefits matters.
• Advise on qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, ESOPS, and health and welfare plans.
• Provide guidance on ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and IRC Section 409A compliance.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions with employee benefits expertise.
• Collaborate with employment, corporate finance, and general business practice groups.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity.
• Active Missouri license or eligibility to become admitted to the Missouri bar.

Education

• Degree in law; background in tax, finance, or business preferred.

Certifications

• Active Missouri bar license or eligibility.
