Duties

• Handle litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings and managing discovery.
• Take depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations.
• Work with clients on various day-to-day matters and provide guidance through challenging business moments.
• Utilize innovative technology platforms to enhance client service.

Requirements

• Admission to the Missouri Bar is required; Kansas Bar admission is preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to teamwork and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri; Kansas license preferred.
