The candidate should have prior experience in a real estate law office. Should have experience in representing lenders, buyers and sellers, and must be able to work at a fast pace and manage a high volume of files. Responsibilities will involve significant communication with clients, realtors, attorneys and lenders. Upbeat, pleasant and professional client relation skills is a must. Additional duties may include composing correspondence, preparation of closing documents, scanning and shipping loan packages. May be comfortable with heavy phone call volume and have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Also crucial is having proficiency with multi-tasking, paying attention to detail and follow-up.
