Litigation Associate

The ideal candidate has experience:
Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and other related litigation documents
Taking and defending depositions
Working in all phases of discovery
Interacting directly with clients and providing strategic litigation and risk management advice
Researching and analyzing facts of the case and complex legal issues
As part of a trial team for various types of litigation including commercial litigation and/or insurance defense cases.

Counseling client regarding corporate governance and compliance matters
Coordinating due diligence processes
Structuring, negotiating, and closing business succession plans, asset sales, and equity sales
