Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Requirements

• Five to seven plus years of legal experience.
• Knowledge of administrative laws and procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage large caseloads and multiple priorities.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Effective collaboration with corporate professionals.
• Commitment to high performance standards.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Nebraska law license or eligibility to obtain one.
