Part-time Bookkeeper / Legal Assistant
The candidate responsibilities include bookkeeping as well as legal work including, review and draft routine legal documents, electronically file legal documents, create and maintain case files. Must have quality and extensive accounts receivable (billing), accounts payable, payroll and general bookkeeping experience, preferably with a law firm as well as experience as a legal secretary, assistant or paralegal. Must also be familiar with and able to quickly learn law firm practice billing and accounting software, Quicken software as well as Microsoft Office.
