• Oversee debtor-in-possession financings and related analyses.
• Engage in commercial loan enforcement litigation and adversary proceedings.
• Manage real estate workouts and distressed transactions.
• Participate in cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the state Bar of preferred location.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing complex matters with significant responsibility.
• Ability to interface effectively with clients and other parties.
• Strong business judgment and solutions-oriented approach.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
