Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant
Candidate will work for a trial practice. Will include: Work at the receptionist desk (with plexi- glass installed for Covid 19 security) and welcome clients and visitors by greeting them in person and notify appropriate personnel of their arrival. Welcome clients and visitors by greeting them on the telephone and forward calls to appropriate personnel. Prepare office daily including unlocking front door, turn on lights, pickup newspapers, check and fill office machines paper supplies, fill staplers, tidy conference rooms, make coffee and load dishes in dishwasher.
File efilings and emails received from all courts. Prepare mail for mail carrier including certified mail, bulk mail and Fedex. Opening new files, receive and send copies, faxes and scans and prepare file folder labels.
