Office/Client Intake Coordinator Part-time, Temporary
The candidate should be an organized and competent professional with outstanding communication skills. Must be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. Must be able to follow up on potential client leads, make initial contact with the customer, answer telephones, screen potential clients, and schedule consultations. Will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. Should have proven experience as an Office/Client intake Coordinator or a similar role. Experience in customer service, sales or marketing will be a plus. Proficient in Word and Excel, highly organized, strong attention to detail, self-motivated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Reliable with patience and professionalism. Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
