Duties

• Provide legal support to clients and assist trial attorneys with case preparation and execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for case updates.
• Prepare legal reports, documents, and affidavits with precision and attention to detail.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including conducting conferences and drafting expert reports.
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Collaborate closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers to ensure seamless case management.

Requirements

• Must be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association.
• One or more years of litigation experience is preferred.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law and consumer rights advocacy.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-starter mindset.

Education

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.

• Active Florida Bar membership.
