Duties

• Take depositions, draft motions, and attend hearings and mediations across the state.


• Assist with large plaintiff's cases and implement strategic direction autonomously.


• Develop as a trial lawyer with a focus on high-value civil litigation matters.


 

Requirements

• Six years of civil litigation experience is required.


• Must be a Florida Bar Member in Good Standing.


• Demonstrated ability to take strategic direction and implement it independently.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.


 

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills are mandatory.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Experience with trial advocacy and varied civil practice.
