Duties

• Handle litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Develop legal strategies and conduct research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Manage discovery processes.
• Argue motions in court and attend mediations.
• Collaborate with team members and experienced partners.

Requirements

• 0 - 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with general liability, construction, personal injury, and commercial disputes preferred.
• Proficiency in preparing pleadings and managing discovery.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the Colorado State Bar.
