A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Attorney with over seven years of experience to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of business litigation cases, from pre-litigation analysis to trial, in a dynamic and growing firm.

Duties

• Handle day-to-day responsibilities for business litigation matters.
• Draft and litigate various business agreements and employment law cases.
• Conduct trials and hearings, adhering to Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Manage own caseload with a high degree of initiative.
• Maintain confidentiality in all discussions and negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of experience as a practicing attorney in business law.
• First chair trial and/or arbitration experience with at least five trials.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills.
• Ability to handle own caseload independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

• Strong knowledge of trial and hearing procedures.
