Job Overview

Duties

• Manage a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including large domestic and international portfolios and disputes.



• Handle proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).



• Lead anticounterfeiting enforcement efforts, draft and respond to demand letters, and provide litigation support.



• Oversee copyright registration processes and manage trademark and copyright licensing and technology agreements.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of experience in trademark litigation and TTAB proceedings is a threshold requirement.



• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying, or a commitment to obtain one promptly.



• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects, articulate legal strategies, and demonstrate exceptional judgment under pressure.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar license required or commitment to obtain one.
