Duties

• Collaborate with partners and team members to prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and adhere to internal deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in law with the ability to apply legal principles effectively.
• Knowledge of labor and employment law or willingness to develop expertise in this area.
• Proficient research skills, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Effective negotiation skills for resolving disputes and drafting agreements.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and maintain client confidentiality.
• Prior experience in litigation or transactional work preferred; relevant internships or clerkships beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission (or eligibility for admission) to the California Bar.
