Duties

• Provide legal advice to health plans, IPAs, providers, payors, and vendors on managed care matters.
• Advise on federal and California regulatory compliance, including Knox-Keene Act licensure.
• Draft and negotiate provider network participation and ancillary services agreements.
• Counsel clients on coverage, reimbursement, and risk-sharing arrangements.
• Advise ACOs on Medicare Shared Savings Program and CMMI models.
• Support Medicare Advantage and D-SNP clients on regulatory and transactional matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant California managed care experience.
• Strong contract drafting background.
• Admission to the California bar or eligibility to be admitted.
• Exhibit practical problem-solving skills and strong client relations acumen.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
