Duties

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Work with clients on employment law challenges and handbook revisions.
• Educate clients through learning programs using technology platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in federal and state court and before administrative agencies preferred.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Admission to the Nevada Bar.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
