Duties

• Defend physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation.
• Draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Take and defend depositions, and assist in trial preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, including rapid response investigations and case evaluation.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada; no exceptions.
• 1-4 years of experience in litigation or a related field.
• Excellent research and writing skills are required.
• Experience in insurance defense litigation is preferred.
• General familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is desired.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Nevada.
