Duties

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiate legal settlements and resolve issues.
• Complete required and optional learning opportunities.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to problems.
• Current, valid state license to practice law in Tennessee.
• Compliance with professional conduct and ethical standards.
• Ability to pass a detailed background check and drug screen.

Education

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)

Certifications

• State license to practice law in Tennessee
