• Provide advice and counsel on employment matters.
• Handle wage/hour compliance and defense, non-compete, and confidentiality agreements.
• Draft position statements, settlement, and employment agreements.
• Assist with investigations and witness interviews.
• Prepare detailed written memorandums.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of substantive employment litigation experience.
• Experience with employment agreements and compliance issues.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Tennessee licensure required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
