Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrating empathy and earning their trust and confidence.



• Evaluate claims, communicate with insurance companies regarding status, demands, and offers.



• Provide regular updates to clients and maintain proactive problem-solving approaches.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.



• Must be willing to sit for the Georgia Bar Exam at the first administration following hire and obtain Georgia bar admission.



• Experience in evaluating claims and demonstrating superb negotiation skills is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
