Duties

• Handle private credit and finance matters with expertise.
• Engage in lending transactions, including borrower-side exposure.
• Manage financing transactions such as cash flow deals, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts.
• Participate in recapitalizations and asset-based financings.
• Contribute to restructurings and workouts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in private credit/finance at a recognized law firm or relevant legal experience.
• Demonstrated lending experience.
• General experience with a variety of financing transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
