A law firm seeks a driven Associate Attorney to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will manage a caseload with the support of a leading personal injury firm, focusing on delivering justice without the pressure of billable hours or generating cases.

Duties

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation case work.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents, demands, and memoranda of law.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage release and approval processes.
• Supervise case managers.
• Drive compliance and KPI adherence among team members.
• Assist with property damage and examinations under oath (EOUs).

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.

Education

• Law degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership with the GA State Bar Association.
