Duties

• Represent and defend clients in hearings, trials, and depositions.


• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents.


• Prepare and respond to discovery requests effectively.


• Consult and counsel clients, providing consistent updates and comprehensive legal advice.


• Collaborate with partners and associates to build and execute successful defense strategies.


 

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.


• Must be an active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.


• Experience taking or leading depositions and writing reports.


• Motivated to attend trial and apply litigation skills.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia.
