Duties

• Represent lenders and debtors in complex business reorganizations, including Chapter 11 cases.
• Negotiate and draft loan documents and restructuring agreements.
• Exercise remedies and draft core restructuring documents and pleadings.
• Engage in drafting plans of reorganization and first-day motions.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in restructuring matters.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Strong organizational, analytical, writing, and verbal skills.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission.
