Duties

• Manage and advance complex commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.



• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and complaints.



• Conduct and defend depositions; represent clients in court appearances and oral arguments.



• Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.



• Engage in in-court and out-of-court restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, and corporate reorganizations.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant commercial litigation experience.



• Proficiency in New York State (CPLR) and Federal Court (FRCP) procedures.



• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.



• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering client relationships.



• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex legal issues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
