Duties

• Defend a variety of insurance defense matters.
• Handle general liability, personal injury, product liability, and professional liability cases.
• Write motions and legal memoranda, and summarize depositions.
• Work independently from suit inception to settlement or trial.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in insurance defense.
• Ability to work independently on cases.

Education

• Juris Doctorate Degree.

Certifications

• Active Connecticut Bar License.
• Trial experience required.
• Ability to waive into another bar or hold multiple bars in the New England area is ideal.
