Duties

• Assist in mergers and acquisitions within the energy sector.
• Engage in project development and real estate transactions.
• Manage project finance and related contracts.
• Contribute to upstream and midstream M&A activities.
• Handle data center and power project contracts.
• Participate in tax equity finance transactions.

Requirements

• 2nd to 4th year associate experience.
• Demonstrated experience in energy transactions.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to waive in.

Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
