• Manage case files efficiently using legal case management software.
• Assist with court depositions and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active CA Bar admission.
• Proven experience in client advising and courtroom advocacy.
• Strong knowledge of statutory legal research and procedural law.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, legal drafting, and trial preparation.
• Excellent writing skills for producing clear, concise legal documents.
• Effective client communication skills.
• Empathetic advocacy and professional integrity.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
