Duties

• Manage substantial portions of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate/LLC law.
• Ability to manage transactions independently.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar or eligibility to obtain it.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

Skills

• Proficiency in corporate and LLC law.
