Duties

• Represent clients in court cases, arbitrations, and mediations.

• Handle legal disputes within the business litigation practice area.
• Prepare for court, interview witnesses, and review documents.
• Advocate at motion hearings and trials.
• Engage in business development activities.
• Support clients in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, and trial preparation.
• Proficiency in settling disputes through contract negotiations.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

Education

• 4-year college degree.
• 3+ years of prior litigation experience.
• Must be licensed in MN; other states helpful.

Certifications

• Bar license in MN.
