A law firm seeks a Senior Employment Law Attorney in Beverly Hills, CA. The attorney will manage a significant caseload of plaintiff-side employment matters, playing a leadership role in moving cases through all phases of litigation.

Duties

• Independently manage plaintiff-side employment litigation from filing through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategy based on case specifics and objectives.
• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions and manage discovery strategies.
• Prepare cases for mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Attend court hearings and manage case milestones.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy.
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on litigation strategy.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• Significant experience litigating California employment matters.
• Strong knowledge of California employment statutes and procedures.
• Experience in California state and federal courts.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
