Duties

• Represent manufacturers, distributors, and corporate clients in complex product liability litigation across state and federal jurisdictions.



• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other essential legal documents.



• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations, including cross-examination of plaintiffs and fact witnesses.



• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to conclusion while collaborating with colleagues.



• Communicate regularly with clients and provide detailed status reports on case developments.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.



• Minimum of two years of litigation experience, with a preference for complex litigation, class actions, or product recall matters.



• Proven experience in drafting discovery and pretrial motions.



• Experience handling court appearances, depositions, and trial work is preferred.



• Second-chair trial experience is considered a plus.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.
