Duties

• Advise high and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and family offices on complex estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax matters.
• Engage in sophisticated wealth transfer planning and trust and estate administration.
• Provide guidance on business succession planning.
• Advise fiduciaries on complex tax issues.

Requirements

• 9+ years of estate planning experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Strong technical tax expertise.
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated private clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Illinois.

Skills

• Expertise in trusts and estates practice.
• Experience with complex tax matters.
• Strong advisory skills for high net worth clients.
