Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of corporate experience, preferably in M&A.
• Experience with SEC reporting and corporate governance is a plus.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction in good standing.
