Duties

• Collaborate with clients and legal staff to efficiently resolve cases.
• Attend court hearings and legal proceedings, conduct legal research, and provide legal advice.
• Analyze legal conflicts, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Organize and maintain accurate case files.

Requirements

• Licensed Florida attorney in good standing.
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Experience in immigration law, particularly EOIR proceedings.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Passed the state bar exam.
