Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of relevant legal experience.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence.
• Multi-state licensure is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of residence.

Skills

• Strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and capital market transactions.
