- Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based.
- Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience, including breach of fiduciary duty cases.
- Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
- A collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to build and grow within a high-performing team.
Education
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
