A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Glendale, CA. The attorney will represent clients in state and federal plaintiff's-side wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate is a licensed, experienced litigator committed to achieving strong outcomes for clients.

Duties

• Manage an active caseload.
• Conduct and respond to discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials.
• Advise clients throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California or Oregon, or pending admission.
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with discovery, oral advocacy, and motion practice.
• Prior experience with class actions and complex litigation is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
