The successful candidate will handle complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and general corporate governance, while collaborating with team members across various jurisdictions.

Duties

• Advise clients on corporate transactions, including M&A, reorganizations, and strategic investments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Conduct and manage due diligence processes.
• Provide general counsel services on entity formation, governance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offices and practice areas.
• Support senior attorneys in managing client relationships and business development.
• Embrace technological changes in legal practice, including AI resources.
• Invest in career development through leadership and skills training.
• Mentor and develop talent within the team.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant corporate transactional experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience managing complex M&A projects and timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and client interaction skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership mentality with a high degree of responsibility.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Colorado state bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
