A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate (Mid-Level) for its Health Care Practice in Denver, Colorado. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters with a focus on health care and other regulated industries.

Duties

• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents for M&A transactions.
• Prepare and negotiate governing documents, including bylaws and operating agreements.
• Manage key aspects of transactions with increasing independence.
• Coordinate due diligence and supervise junior attorneys.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate within deal teams.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience with private equity funds and M&A transactions.
• Experience with health care industry preferred but not required.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting skills.
• Admitted to the Colorado Bar.
• Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
