A law firm seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team remotely in Las Vegas, NV, with reporting duties to the Denver, CO office. The candidate should have over six years of Nevada civil and/or personal injury litigation experience and be licensed in both Nevada and Colorado.

Duties

• Manage case files independently.
• Conduct thorough legal research and writing.
• Engage in marketing and client development activities.
• Travel as required for case needs.
• Participate in trial proceedings.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Nevada required; Colorado preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and/or Transportation Litigation.
• Strong work ethic and independent case management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada; Colorado license preferred.
