Requirements

• Admission to the bar in the State of California is required.



• Seven or more years of proven experience in litigation, with a strong understanding of personal injury law.



• Proficiency in legal research tools, specifically LexisNexis and Westlaw.



• Exceptional writing skills with demonstrated experience in legal drafting.



• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.



• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
